Wyatt is now a champion! He finished with five majors and four major reserves (three of which were at Specialties!). At the recent Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club Specialty Wyatt went High in Trial on Friday (April 27, 2012), and then went Reserve Winners Dog, Best in Bred By Classes, and Best Sled Dog on Saturday (April 28, 2012). Thanks to the following judges who made this possible: Delbert Thacker (who started him off with 3 points); Nancy Russell (3 points); Jean Fournier (3 points); Stephanie Hamblin Barnhill (4 points); and Mrs. Robert D. (Polly) Smith (3 points). Under all these judges he not only got Winners Dog, but also Best of Winners. Also thanks to those judges who awarded him Specialty major reserves: Delbert Thacker (SHC Metro Dallas); Olivia Harvey (SHC Greater Chicago); Ann Cook (Rocky Mountain SHC).

Co-Owners/Co-Breeders: David K Qualls DVM and Sheila
Qualls and Mike and Susan Lavin
We are so excited that Ida has come back to
Colorado to live with us after David and Sheila Qualls
(Indigo) retired. A lovely bitch with AMAZING
movement, Ida finished by going Winners Bitch at the
Siberian Husky Club of Greater Chicago Specialty. She
followed that with a Best of Breed win at the Siberian
Husky Club of Metropolitan Dallas Specialty in March
2013. She also was awarded Select Bitch at the SHC
Metro Dallas Specialty in 2014. She has become a great
asset to us on our sled dog team and she has shown
lead potential this past year, leading our team in
most of the races. Look for her both in the ring and
on the trail in the upcoming years.
